Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your cat to love No Smell Club. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must have at least half remaining and be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required from you.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
